Sales Representative

Lex Promotions and Marketing Group (LPMG) is a full service promotions and marketing company that specializes in uniting corporate companies with today’s youth and urban market. The primary focus of LPMG is to utilize its strength in grass roots promotions, urban and youth marketing/promotional campaigns, mix show radio, power promotion, creative advertising, mobile advertising, outdoor marketing, and special event planning. Paired with traditional avenues such as street promotions to effectively catch the attention of a demographic notorious for rejecting direct advertising.

LPMG currently has the largest inventory of mobile billboard trucks in Florida with both static and digital mobile billboard trucks. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative for our Mobile Billboard Marketing Department as the company is growing. Sales Representatives will be responsible for acquiring new clients and advertisers for mobile billboards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new clients and advertisers for mobile billboard trucks
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identify prospective customers by using social media, business directories, following leads from existing clients, as well as monitor market conditions
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred work experience of a minimum of 2 years of sales in advertising, marketing, radio, or any similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to potential clients
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • AA degree or equivalent preferred
